Is Apple CarPlay really wireless?
Yes. Pair your iPhone once and CarPlay connects automatically every time you start the car. Wired CarPlay and Android Auto are also supported.
Will I keep my steering wheel controls?
On most vehicles, yes. The included harness or CANbus decoder keeps your steering wheel buttons working.
Can I keep my backup camera?
Most units have a reverse camera input and work with factory or aftermarket cameras. Some factory cameras need an adapter, which is noted on the product page.
Do I need a professional installer?
Many customers install it themselves in 1 to 2 hours with basic tools thanks to the plug-and-play harness. Any car audio shop can also install it for you. See our installation help.
What is the difference between the versions?
Versions differ by processor, memory (RAM) and storage. More memory means faster performance and more room for apps and offline maps.
