Not the right fit? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first to receive a return authorization and instructions.
- Items must be complete, unused and not installed, with all accessories, harnesses and bezels.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- If we sent the wrong unit or the unit is defective, return shipping is on us.
Warranty
Every Dash Republic head unit and digital cluster is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers hardware defects under normal use.
- It does not cover physical damage, water damage, improper installation or modifications.
- To file a claim, contact us with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue.
